About Us
LORE is a jewellery house founded in Ahmedabad in 2026, built on a simple idea: that a piece of jewellery should be able to carry a story without announcing it. Everything we make is designed and finished in our own workshop in Gujarat, a few streets from where the house began.
We work in gold-plated brass, set with carefully chosen embellishments — stones, pearls, enamel — in forms drawn from the jewellery this part of the country has worn for generations. Jhumkas, ear cuffs, chains, pendants, bangles. Familiar shapes, made lighter and easier to live in, so they belong to an ordinary Tuesday as much as to an occasion.
Quality is the part we will not move on. Every piece is finished and checked by hand before it leaves us, and every piece carries a two-year plating warranty — not as a gesture, but because we expect it to last that long and longer. Our care standard ships in the box with it.
About the House
LORE grew out of Jade Jewels, a family workshop in Ahmedabad that has been making jewellery for far longer than this label has existed. What began as work made for others became a house of its own when the makers behind it decided the pieces deserved a name, and a way to reach the people who would wear them directly.
That inheritance is the reason we are slower than we could be. We release a small number of pieces at a time, keep the runs short, and would rather make one thing properly than ten things quickly. Every LORE piece begins its journey with us and ends up becoming part of yours — we take care of the first part, and the rest is yours.
